AASO Family Concert Events

UMMA will team up with Talking Colors Art Studio to offer oil pastel workshops as a part of the AASO Family Concert events at the Michigan Theater on Sundays, November 9 and January 25. The November concert, “The Orchestra is Here to Play” will feature Ann Arbor’s own musical duo Gemini. Kids with concert tickets may create a work of art from their own astrological signs and participate in other fun activities before the concert begins at 4 pm. In January, families attending “Mozart’s Magnificent Voyage” concert will have the opportunity to create their own magnificent voyages in oil pastels before the 4 pm concert.

Tickets required: $5 kids all ages, $12 adults
