Request a University Engagement

While the format of our museum galleries and study rooms have needed to change a bit as we all migrate to online and hybrid learning, our priority to you all remains the same. We have jumped at the chance to strengthen our online presence and virtual learning, and we are excited to find new ways to work with you all in the coming months. In-person course visits will be limited according to U-M policy, though the Museum will remain open for drop-in hours for M-Card holders

Thank you for your interest in using UMMA for your University Course. As we are needing to limit the number of groups in the museum, we are asking all of you to please submit your requests for a Museum visit or virtual engagement by Friday, September 17. That will help us to effectively schedule as many of you as is safely available. We will continue to accept submissions after September 17 as space allows.

If you have any questions, please contact the Mellon Curator for University Learning and Programs, David Choberka, or the University Learning and Programs Specialist, Isabel Engel, for assistance.

Please take a moment to complete the following questions so our staff can best serve your needs and ensure a good experience.
