Study Days – Jewelry Making Workshop
Join the Oceania Student Association for a raffia earring-making workshop! Raffia is used across the Pacific for lei making, weaving, and jewelry making. Raffia originates from the raffia palm tree and has been used worldwide for making baskets and various other decorative items. The versatile nature of raffia allows it to be crocheted, knitted, twined, and knotted. For this workshop participants will be knotting and tying the raffia to make fun summery earrings!
