Description

Physical Description:

The facade of a brick building, with street lamps and a tree in front. Two figures stand next to the door and a third figure stands in the foreground. The tops of the letters "DRED" are visible in large block letters at the bottom, with the words "INDEPENDENCE HALL" above them.
