Subject Matter:
The center figure is Zhao Gongming, a military god of wealth. He is well known for his iron club, and often holds a gold ingot (displayed on the table in this print) that represents good luck. He is commonly shown riding his tiger (in front of the table in this print). The peach on the table represents longevity. Besides being the God of money, Zhao Gongming wards of natural disasters and also functions as a judge who rectifies wrong verdicts. The surrounding men seem to be his servants, facing him and showing respect.
Physical Description:
A center figure is dressed in a robe and headdress behind a table. He is holding a staff and is surrounded by four figures, two on each side. They are turned towards him and standing with their hands together. On the table, there is a gold ingot, a vessel, and a peach. Underneath the table, there is a tiger.
