Subject Matter:
In 1956 Saito Kiyoshi visited Mexico. This spurred a theme of prints that came afterward and the Cactus print we see here is one of those.
Physical Description:
This print depicts a desert-looking scene. On the left background is a forest of green cactus and on the right is a large black circle. In front of the circle is a woman. in the foreground is a brown twisty tree-looking object. On the far right bottom is the artist's signature.
