Description

Subject Matter:


The ornament is a fragment of a chandelier meant to resemble Queen Anne's Lace. It was originally made to hang in the Music Room of Havemeyer House in New York City.

Physical Description:

A whitish clouded glass half-orb with a hole in the center (crossed vertically by a thin metal wire), and clear glass scrolling accents along the outer edges.
