Description

Subject Matter:

Japanese grapes are the object of attention in this painting. Fruit paintings can be seen as a symbol of transcience and ephemerality that can be translated to human life.

Physical Description:

In a similar style of 1955/1.96, this painting depicts what seems to be grapes instead of blueberries. This piece has the same gold frame with a cloud design and a thinner gold frame closer to the paper. This piece is far less damaged than the other panel.
