Subject Matter:
This print depicts a gate in Nagasaki as the title suggests. Saito Kiyoshi uses geometric shapes and grayscale with a pop of color. The texture is, once again, important in his work. This gate appears to be a gate to a temple of some sort.
Physical Description:
This print depicts a building entrance. There are columns in the foreground that lie in front of a building-like structure. Inside, it appears bright and has a red rectangle. There is a red seal on the left. Underneath the print are more inscriptions.
