Physical Description:

This binder has 228 pages, and it was Paul Rand's personal copy of IBM graphic design's guide.  The binder includes Rand's other written works such as Use and Abuse of Logo, IBM Logo Usage, and other documents plus some sketches. The binder has multiple sections:
House Style (various stripped logos, internal and external letterhead, envelop printing specifications, mailing label, stationery, business cards), Basic Packaging, and Sign Standards.
This document allows one to work with the company's graphic signs in coherence and efficient discussion with other trades.
