Description

The Book of Paralipomenon (I & II) is known today as Chronicles. The small, dense and heavily abbreviated script is a feature of 13th-century Parisian Bibles. Because more text could fit on every page, the volume was far more compact than earlier Bibles, and fewer sheets of expensive parchment were used in its manufacture.
