Description

Subject Matter:

This photograph depicts a view of a dirt path lined with towering palm trees. Glimpses of architecture can be seen through the thick palm foliage, suggesting that this scene is in an urban park. On the right side of the walk are two park benches made of wooden slats with iron legs. An iron lamppost is positioned amidst the shrubbery on the left side of the path, and two men wearing caps stand idly by, slightly distanced from one another and facing towards the camera.  The one closest to the viewer wears a long white tunic, while the other wears a dark robe.
