Saito Kiyoshi was a 20th-century Sosaku-hanga artist, a movement that emphasized self-expression and the individual creation of prints. He issued his first prints in the now-famous "Winter in Aizu" series. This series was based on his hometown in Fukushima prefecture.

This piece was shown at the 1st Salon du Printemps Exhibition in France and won 1st place. 

Physical Description:

This colorful print depicts a young girl at a table with a glass of milk. She wears a red bow in her hair and has a spoon of milk in her hand. The table is blue, her shirt is a rusty orange, and the background is two shades of green. There is a signature in the bottom left in white.
