Description

Subject Matter:

This piece was created in the year Nixon resigned following the Watergate Scandal. Nixon and the reclining figure are disguised in women's clothing and seem to be hiding in this house in a small town. The reclining figure and the faces below the windowsills are watergate conspirators. 

Physical Description:

Interior of room with two figures, one standing one reclining on couch. Both figures appear to be men in women's clothing. Viewer can see through the two large windows behind the figures and see a street scene of a small town including several figures.
