Saito Kiyoshi was a 20th-century Sosaku-hanga artist, a movement that emphasized self-expression and the individual creation of prints. He issued his first prints in the now-famous "Winter in Aizu" series. This series was based on his hometown in Fukushima prefecture.

Physical Description:

An image of a figure with a reddish brown top, black bottoms, and black shoulder-length hair with a green bow. The figure rests one hand on their leg, and their other hand is holding a red circular object, which they are looking down at. The background is gray with black spots, and there is an inscription in the lower-left corner.
