Description

Subject Matter:

SE 10 is a two dimensional piece with the illusion of three dimensions. Angel Duarte was involved in Equipo 57 and Group Y which were both mid twentieth century abstract art groups. Duarte was born in Spain and spent many years of his life in Swizterland.

Physical Description:

Waves of bright red, subdued yellow, and dark red appear to bend in a three dimensional perspective. Thin dark lines bend across the shapes to add to the illusion of dimensionality.
