Description

Subject Matter:

A shard of unglazed pottery presumably from the Han dynasty (206 BCE-220 CE), showing throwing lines and the impressed mark of a possible maker, label for storage container, or place marker.

Physical Description:

​A trapezoidal-shaped earthenware shard, unglazed, with ridged lines and impressed stamped design.
