Description

Physical Description:

An airplane with missiles under its wings flies above two standing figures, both smiling. The figure on the viewer's left is bald, wearing glasses, and holds what appears to be a missile while reaching for a sack labeled with a dollar sign held out by the figure on the viewer's right. The figure on the right is wearing a hat with stars on it that covers his eyes, has a large mustache, and has a medal hanging on his shirt. He is holding his hand up to a large missile-like object behind him.
