Part of a series of prints similar to Steady Gaze that won at the 1st São Paulo Art Biennial in 1951, this print emphasizes the eye and appears to look directly at the viewer.
Physical Description:
This print depicts two halves of a shell and a person overlayed on the shells with a large eye that looks at the viewer. The background is black with some yellow on the left side. There is a red seal and signature in the bottom right corner.
