Description

Subject Matter:

This teapot is decorated with two sides of images, depicting peony blossoms and pomegranate flowers amid birds and butterflies respectively, symbolizing wellness and prosperity. The the teapot's lid scrolls of lotus flowers are depicted. The decorations on the body appear inside the large medallion.

Physical Description:

A teapot with a curved spout and large handle on either side and a domed lid with a small handle on top. The pot and lid are covered with floral designs, there is also a bird on the pot.
