Physical Description:

Printed in black, a figure wearing cowboy boots and a large ten-gallon hat with a star on it. The figure holds the strings of many balloons, some floating and some deflated, the strings draped over the brim of the hat. One balloon with the shape of Texas on it is more prominent with two holes and lines coming out, giving the impression that the balloon is popping.
