Description

Subject Matter:

Shigeo Fukuda's poster was created on behalf of the 1992 First Japan Expo in Toyama, Japan.
Toyama's minimalist style alludes to his inspiration from modern Swiss graphic design, which is complemented by the poster's dynamic and repeating forms that are reminiscent of Japanese manga text bubbles.

Physical Description:

White background featuring a cloud shape composed of intersecting multi-colored shapes. Below the clouds are a red heart-shaped figure and black text.
