Description

Subject Matter:

The central figure is Lishi Xian Guan, one of the gods of wealth. He was a pupil of Zhao Gongming, who is considered the military god of wealth. Lishi Xian Guan is holding up a plant with one hand, treature with the other, and he is surrounded by two followers. People look up to the wealth gods for good luck and prosperity, and protection from disasters and evil.

Physical Description:

A man in the center dressed in a robe and headdress is holding a plant and some treaure and looking to the left. On the left of him is a man also holding a plant. On the right of him is another man, he is only wearing clothing covering his lower half, and he is holding a basket of goods above his head. There is a dragon in the upper left of the background.
