Physical Description:

A photograph of a photograph mounted on heavy paper with the two upper corners torn away. The captured photograph is a semi-arial view of a town with smoke billowing in the background. Written on the photograph is the text 'RUNING THE NEGROES OUT OF TULSA' and 'JUNE TH I 1921"
