Reservation Process

Review the useful information below to select the best experience for your course.
Submit the request form, listing your preferred dates and start time.
For UMMA-Guided Visits, please submit requests at least three weeks in advance.
You will receive an automatic reply that it has been submitted.
UMMA staff will manually schedule your visit. We will do our best to honor your preferred date.
You will receive a personalized email confirmation that includes detailed preparation information. Note: Your visit is not officially scheduled until you receive this confirmation.
One week prior to your tour, we will ask you to confirm that all details for your class visit are correct.
